Cannot draw cash
<p>I was unable to draw cash from any Nedbank ATM at the Waterfall Mall nor at Tuscany nearby. They were 'temporarily out of service'. This was for more than an hour. Please send me cash as I need to pay my workers and I live far away from Rustenburg.</p>
