Cannot cancel send-imali transaction

I accidentally sent send-imali to an incorrect phone number, Nedbank does not offer me the opportunity to cancel or reverse this transction. This risky as human error is inevitable, Nedba nk is so backwards when it comes to technology and innovation, how can they not have something as basic as canceling a transaction? I need to cancel this transaction otherwise some lucky person will have my money.
