Cannot apply for PL online

I am trying to apply for a consolidation loan. But it said I can't be helped because there is a I can't have more than one PL applications at any given time. The only thing I can see is a FinaliseCase from 10 Jun 2024 11:49. It says completed but it shows under In-progress. I urgently need this loan
