Cannot Access funds on Access bond

My troubles started when I got a bond with nedbank in 2011. Nedbank started by giving me a higher than average interest rate claiming it was because I did not have a credit record yet. After a while when I had built up a credit record I contacted them trying to renegiotiate my bond , they then told they do renegiotiate as policy and if I was not happy I should look at moving my homeloan to another bank. The costs of moving the loan at the time proved to be higher then staying with nedbank so I forced to stay even with other banks offering about 2 percent lower. I then accepted my mistake and decided I would then pay extra on my home loan so that I could be free of this evil relationship as soon as I can afford. But this being nedbank even that they make difficult because I am not able to set up beneficiaries on my account which limits the amount of extra money I can add because I would not be able to access some of those funds in am emergency. This limits the money I able to put in additionally and again means I have to have a longer term then I would otherwise have . They say in order to have this functionality I must apply for another account at nedbank. This does not sit well with me firstly because their administration fees are not particularly low so I do not see why I cannot have a fully functional internet banking , secondly why would I get another account and pay more money when in my opinion they cannot even manage this one account to my satisfaction , Thirdly the whole point of a access account is being able to ACCESS your funds that should be a basic function . I mean does nedbank really expected me to go to the branch go to the counter and draw out thousands in cash. I do not see why I need another account this to tantamount to them forcing me to have an account with them, I am not even happy with the current service , I mean it took me months just to reset my password on internet banking.
