Cannot access additional funds paid into access bond

I have been trying for the past 4 weeks to access the additional funds i have paid into my access bond and have not been able to get anywhere.

Each persons i have spoken to has reffered it to someone else. I have dealt with 9 people in total and no one can assist me.

My bond account went into arrears at various times over the past 10 years, However i have settled al arrears as of last year. I have since paid extra (about R2000 a month) into my bond. Now when it comes to accessing this money i am told a bunch of ******* stories that my "balance" and my "limit" are not the same and in order for me to access my money the two values need to be the same.

I was sent a spreadsheet by Gerard which shows the figures not being the same. When i went into arrears the balance went up but the limit went down - ive paid all my arrears so you need to correct the figures on your side. I dont owe Nedbank any money, ive paid extra and i am entitled to my money. All your marketing material says you should use your access bond as savings account... which i have done and when i want to access my "savings" i am told i cannot access this.

I have now been told to go to the banking ombudsman to take it further.

Pathetic sertvice. I have also just moved my accounts from FNB to you. I will now be closing these accounts and going back to FNB. I have also enquired abourt moving my bond to SA home loans.

You cannot mark this as a response - you called me and were going to come back to me (ie: Mrs Peters). I have never heard back from you.
