cancelled my policy without my permission
My attempts to change my loan protection to life were not successful due to nedbank homeloans cancelling my loan protection without contacting me or gaining my permission.I have been dealing with nedbank for 32 years and I can't believe<br> The way I have being treated,the level of stupidity and ignorance that come from their call centre agents are disgraceful and poor,I request my loan protection to reinstated and changed to life
