cancellations

my name is doctor ngoma, I recently requested a bond for a propert I'm Midrand. 100% bond was approved. Now, I have since gotten the opportunity to further my studies in Zambia and will thus be relocating. As a result, I will not be able to meet payments for the bond and thus requested that the bond be withdawn. The money will only be given in December, no transfers have been made as yet. The property has not even been built yet. When I approached the consultant from Nedbank. Telling him all of this, he said I must continue with the registration..now if someone is unable to meet the bond requirements is that not grounds for withdrawal of the loan in itself? when I asked the Nedbank consultant for numbers of ssomeone else I could speak to regarding the matter, he did not reply. It seems to me that in his attempt to get a commission certain basic principles have been mishandled. I am currently in Zambia sorting out the issues as I leave Sa in december. I will however be back in Sa on 3 may 2015. Untill then I am reachable by email
