Cancellation of the ***** credit card account and remove my name from you list as i don't have any account with Nedbank

Last year on the 17th of May i requested the ***** credit card account to be closed and i was sent the latter that its been closed a year later it still appear on my credit score please am begging you to please assistance to removing or closed that account FW: False credit card application (Reference number ***4) my name is Jabulani Mabunda *** and email me on *** cancellation of the ***** credit card and remove my name your list
