cancellation of policy
<p>I was sold a policy today ( 21/07/2017) which I was unaware of as I could not hear clearly and the agent was very persistent.</p> <p> </p> <p>After the call I received an sms - Welcoming me to Nedgroup Life ,Policy number ********** 0001.</p> <p>I was under the impression it was with regards to my vehicle insurance. I am not interested in any other policy and please cancel whichever was sold. </p> <p> </p>

I have received an email explaining the policy today and a email asking if I would like to cancel the policy. Can someone please cancel the policy as instructed. I have sent numerous emails, I have spoken to various agents over the phone and I have emailed a hand written note stating that I would like to cancel this policy( ********** 0001). Please can I get a confirmation that this policy have been cancelled and a amendment to my MFC debit amount.
