Cancellation of Nedbank Home Loan Bond

Property sold and registered in the new owners on 05/12/2019. Cancellation attorney requested nedbank to close our homeloan account as it was fully paid, even today that has not happened and i am being told by the bank that they are waiting for the attorneys while the attorneys say they did everything that needs to be done on their side. This is really annoying!! We dont want to incur charges unnecessarily because of this. Please refund excess funds and close the account. I am tired of calling Nedbank and getting same feedback everyday!!
