Cancellation of investment

I've had it with this bank. The most inconsiderate bank ever .The worst service ever and leaving clients unhappy . After the hassle and the condition I am in , I cannot afford all this stress on my mind and body.You give me a new story everyday i call and you must be begged to get back to me .I invested so much in there and fully expect the same treatment i got when i first got there.With all that being said , I request for my investment to be completely cancelled and would like to know the appropriate steps to be taken .I think taking all my money will do everybody good and other banks are there for investing . Please cancel my investment so that I can go to a place with better service. Thank you
