cancellation for credit card and overdraft on cheque accounts.

Nedbank is giving me headache and stress, I have been calling to cancel my credit card and overdraft on my cheque account for the whole month since September .

No one is listening to me , those two were automatically settled with consolidation loan from other bank now will end up paying the consolidation loan plus Credit card and overdraft for no reason and not affording to pay more debts, now I'm buy airtime to call them for cancellation every week .

I want this to be resolve or else will involve my legal representative on this .

I don't want the credit card or overdraft any more because of affordability . I noticed that they even charge me for last month.
