CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD

I have made contact with nedbank call centre wanting to CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD but just end up going from one department to another. I even went to the branch it self. Which they end up calling back and forth too. I am having problems after problem with my card therefore i just want it cancelled / closed
