Cancel my arrangement and changed my debit order earlier than my salary date which they are aware of

Can you perhaps refer a personal loan query urgently... I just spent more than 30mins on a call where I need to speak to someone more senior as the supervisor is not available.

I made an arrangement for 6 months starting 25 May.... Today they cannot find my arrangement I made even though I have a confirmation sms.... beside that Nedbank personal loans decided that my debit order for June will be on the 21st... not like my previous salary date of the 25th!

My account is in arrears and I will have a unpaid debit order again on my account.

I have just managed to get my finances sorted and now I'll have a another unpaid debit listed... the only one I'll have for June after managing to honor all my debit orders in May.

See sms confirmation of my arrangement ... I need to speak to someone who can assist my from personal loans department... in the screenshot you can see the call duration of 26mins.... they could not assist me or tell me what happened or provide a resolution
