Can't Have 2 Salary Stop Orders from same Bond

I called Home Loans (Busi Shandu)( with lots of attitude) to advise that i have loaded my portion of our Bond payment as a salary Stop order and that they should please cancel my debit order. My husband for the past 8 years has had his protion deducted as a salary Stop order (hassel free), from 2*** both of us had our portions deducted via Salary Stop order. Busi tells me that the process has changed and that you CANNOT have 2 stop orders going off the same Bond account ?? Why is this? So the bank can score money off my debit orders? I am extremly frustrated with NEDBANK!!! I AM THE CLIENT AND HOW I CHOOSE FOR MY MONEY TO BE DEDUCTED SHOULD BE MY CHOICE!!! It doesn't make sense at all, Salary stop order is a safer option than Debit order so i REALLY DONT Understand this process. Will be awaiting a response to clarify this nonesene ASAP! <br> I WILL DEFINITELY BE MAKING ENQUIRIES TO MOVE MY BOND TO A MORE RELIABLE/HASSEL FREE BANK.... Gosh my experience with NEDBANK for all these years have always been frustrating and full of STRESS!!
