Can't collect cards.

I have app**** to have my inactive credit card renewed. This was last week, Monday. I was informed that the card should be here by the weekend, so I went to enquire on Friday. After waiting in a long line and reaching second from the front, we were informed that their system is not functional but the technicians are working on it. Ok, I understand, so I left just to return this Monday morning. Still no system functioning! I'm peeved off. What happened to the Nedbank with their beautiful uniforms and neat efficient interiors, not even mentioning their competent staff? I actually feel sorry for you. FNB IS KILLING YOU BECAUSE YOU JUST DON'T CARS!
