Can someone explain

I have made international payment on Friday 22 January using my Nedank Money App. I got the SMS notification confirming the payment. Today when in checked my statement it show as if the transaction happened. The SMS notification amount and the bank statement amount differs. Wanted someone to explain. I was referred to global division... they could not explain... referred to the card division. If i can not get a simple explanation from my bank where else can i get it
