Can somebody please assist

Contacted the call centre yesterday for assistance on how I cab remove my cards which are no longer in use from appearing on my banking app, I was advised that I needed to go to the branch for this type of assistance. I then visited the Fourways Mall branch where a gentleman attempted to assist me by blocking all the cards I do not want to appear on the app. This was done under the impression that the cards would probably disappear overnight once they have been blocked. However, this excersize doesn't seem to have worked as the cards still appear on my banking app. It seemed as if nobody really knew what needs to be done in order to have the cards removed from appearung on the app. The gentleman who was helping me consulted some of his colleagues and by the sounds of things everybody supported the attempt to block the unwanted cards, but as mentioned above it didn't work. Surely there is a way to have unwanted cards removed from the app? Can somebody please assist me in this regard as I now do not know what more is needed from my side to have the cards removed. I called the call centre, which directed me to the branch, been to the branch, so now what?
