CAN ONLY PRINT LANDSCAPE WHEN SELECTING PRINT SELECTED PROOF OF PAYMENTS

I have been struggling for more than a month to print from Nedbank Business.

When I choose Portrait when selecting PRINT SELECTED PROOF OF PAYMENTS it keeps on printing in Landscape. It is definitely a Nedbank issue, as when I print from MS Word and Excel I don't have this problem.

I have send an email to our personal banker and the IT Department and they still could not help me.
