CAN NEDBANK PROTECT MY MONEY OR NOT?⁶

So somebody managed to ***** over R3500 worth of paypal payments from my credit card account. After forever they said my money will be paid in "tomorrow"... that was a week ago. They also said that "this cannot be prvented going forward" and then they just cut my call half way. CAN NEDBANK PROTECT MY MONEY OR NOT? CAN NEDBANK NOT HAVE A FU ATTITUDE? MAYBE THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE *****ING MY MONEY... ? THEY DO HAVE ACCESS TO MY INFO AFTER ALL. Can somebody at nedbank sort this out?
