Can Nedbank assed based finance department please update my profile.

It has came to my attention that Nedbank assed based finance does not really update our profiles on our credit scores. It still appears as though I owe them R96197 for the Mercedes Benz they once financed for me in 2018, and R194883 they financed for my Ford Kuga that I have just settled. When exactly will it be my estimated balance be Zero?
