Can my home loan insurance be cancelled already

<p>I've tried repeatedly to cancel my home loan insurance because I have a better cover with another service provider. I did everything electronically and then I received a message instructing me to visit a branch. I went to the branch at Mall@Reds and left my supporting documents with a consultant by the name of Petrus vd Merwe, I've called the branch, I've emailed the branch but still I haven't received any correspondence from the bank. I'm under the impression that the bank is trying to make difficult for me to leave a policy I don't need!</p>
