Can i have my money please

On the 21 July 2023 i made an error and pay the money on the previous credit card instead of the new credit card i call Nedbank from that day until today I've been getting different stories nothing has been done until today to get my refund. At first i was given 2 reference number ***0 & ***8 i need this to be resolved. This morning i called again for follow up and spoke to Noloyiso who advise me that this matter will be done on the 29 August 2023. Nedbank taking more than a month to do a refund of my money. What type of the bank is this.
