Can I cancel Greenbacks now please? **** ALL THE WAY

How the hell is it so difficult to cancel greenbacks! I don’t have a cheque or credit card but I have greenbacks! I’m a student who is paying a costly amount a month for literally nothing! The worst thing is, I continue to pay this amount without any returns from the greenbacks app or any return from Nedbank itself for making me pay for a service I don’t receive! Just to add a little bit to the horror of Nedbank, my monthly fees, card swipe costs and debit order costs are out of this world expensive! Money also just disappeares when I have a large amount of money in my account too!
