CAN ANY ONE AT NEDBANK ASSIST WITH MY GREENBACKS ?

I opened up a credit card account at the branch. It was confirmed that I will earn greenbacks - well, I'm not ! Now it's a never ending investigation as to why the monthly fee does not deduct and why I don't earn greenbacks whilst swiping my card, only when filling up at BP - highly disappointed !!!
