Campus square branch open account less than 3months later claim outstanding info

Opened a new account and banking profile in August, in person at Campus square branch. Today I get a message that my accounts have been restricted due to outstanding information! I need to go back to a branch! I OPENED THE ACCOUNT IN PERSON, WHAT outstanding information could you possibly need? I get the message today and today you want to restrict my accounts!!!! THE CONSULTANT THAT OPENED THE ACCOUNT IS CLEARLY AT FAULT!! how do you open the account and profile if you still need info??? PLEASE RESTORE MY ACCOUNTS!
