Calls not returned

<p>I am the Treasurer for the UWCEU who have an account with you at St Georges Mall</p> <p>I spoke to Yaseen two weeks ago about changing signatories and opening an investment account. Still waiting for him to get back to me. Called the branch and left messages on the 1st, 2nd and 5th. Emailed him twice. Nada</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of service is this? Please can you get him to call me. Or rather give us another relationship manager</p>
