Called with an issue and gained another

There is something erratic going on with our Home Loan debit order, funds are available before the debit order date but Nedbank debits random partial amounts outside of our debit order date which is the 1st. Now we get a letter that our Home Loan is in arrears yet the funds are available in our account and the debit didn't go off at the correct amount. Calling Home Loans was a waste of time as an *********** Jabulile Shabalala told us she can't view the account balance on our check account but is adamant we were short of funds. What's the point of talking to such a person and expecting a resolution 🤔 then she asks us to transfer the shortfall from our check account to the Home Loan account. So now we have 2 problems, a trchnical issue with Nedbank Home Loan debits and Jabuliles failure to assist.
