Call Centre: talk to yourself well people have a fat chat.

After receiving an SMS stating my account is overdrawn, I call the call Nedbank Call Centre and have someone picked up and not say a word but hearing all the background noise but not have and people talking. I sat for 2 min waiting to no avail.
