call centre personal loan terrible customer service

terrible service I received and still receiving from personal loans call centre, spoke to duduzile, mbali and one other, gave me numbers that i have dialed, when transferred, call disconnects.

i app**** for a loan via the call centre with lucky molope 3 weeks ago, the service thereafter was terrible, when I called I was transferred from pillar to post to get the contract. decided to go to the branch and was assisted professionally by Motheba at The Glen Mall branch on Saturday 2nd November.

i have been calling to find out the process, no assistance received. 3 DAYS and still waiting. the branch consultant is keeping me updated.

awaiting for progress and urgent payout. just adv if you are unable to assist...so else I can go elsewhere
