Call Centre Harrassment

Good day. i have been self employed for the past year and its really hard to get your business running. i have therefore had to make an arrangement on my perosnal loan to pay them 4000 instead of 6000 from MArch 2017. to date they have been receiving this amount but over the past two weeks i get harrassased by their call centre that they cannot continue. so my question to them is if you do not want to accept the little that i am giving you then i will not let a payment go through. i have not completly stopped paying but continue to have the 4000 debited because its what i can afford at the moment. i understand that th einterest i accumulating but there is nothing i can do. if ever i have extra money i will put it towards the loan. i dont want to be paying something all my life. but no, they will continue to call and harrass me and today when i asked the lady for her name and surname she just ended the call. shame no commission for her. please nedbank, im sure that i should not be treated like this. what am i just a number to you, just for your call centre staff to harass. and this is not the first time that this has happened, i had complained earlier this year. Half loave is better than no bread, in your case you are getting 66%. why dont you refinance the term to make the payments 4000, then we both wont have problems. think about it
