Call centre cuts when transfering to over to overdrafts

I have been trying to get through to Nedbank overdrafts for the past week - if I can actually get past the receptions, it cuts when they have to put me through to them.

Luckily I had a lovely lady who had the foresight to call me back today (after calling in and the phone cutting while she tried to transfer me) and I told her what happens and she said she will tell the overdraft department to rather call directly.

I was eventually assisted and am happy but that was very frustrating.

Kindly look into this issue.
