Call centre agents clueless about Nedbank products

I honestly don’t get the incompetence of the call centre lately . I literally have to call 3 times to make sure that I’m getting the same advise because most of the agents sound clueless about products services and all other general account enquiries. Even the bank consultants don’t have confidence in them they even discourage me from wasting my time and energy calling this useless hotline. PLEASE DO SOMETHING
