*********** call centre agent - time wasted

I am so angry that I had to spend 2 hours in the branch only to be assisted by a call centre agent,Cleo. I am grateful for her assistance but the reason I am so furious is because I called the call centre this morning & that lady said that I am sharing my number with someone else. She referred me to the branch because she couldn't assist me with changing my banking details for a debit,which Cleo did.
