Hi, I do not have time to go into a branch to open an account so I did it online. I app**** for a MiGoals Plus account. Nice thing is that I got a account number and welcome letter and salary switch letter to have my account changed at HR for my salary however my surname is not correct. I callled your call centre and they are not helpful. Please can you assist with the name change and also please send a new salary switch letter with my name as it is on my ID.
