Call center assistant

Today I had a problem getting started with the money app, until I just gave up on it and went back to internet banking which gave me a problem from the start. So I decided to call customer care for assistance and WOW the lady I spoke to was just WOW.... her name she said is Nomfundo. She managed to sort everything out for me and explain what the problem was, with a very soft yet friendly and throwing in some jokes voice, which calmed me down from the frustration. Thank u Nomfundo and Nedbank. Wish more call center people can be like her. Bless you.
