call center agent telling me he will charge me

Hello, <br> <br> I got a call from Norton attorneys saying my credit card is not paid up yet i am under debt review and i asnwered the call earlier and advised the guy i spoke to that he needs to call after 5pm as i am very busy at work and cannot speak right now and i repeated myself and then he tells me very arrogantly \I will charge you for the call if i call after 5pm!"then i explained i am at work and cannot speak and all he goes on about is him charging me. <br> <br> I found that very appalling and unprofessional from him"
