Bye bye Nedbank

As I’m typing right now I’m waiting for my paid up letter since Monday, I’m tired of calling everyday with no assistance. If I’m not put on hold the call is dropped. Who do I have to kill in order to get my letter? Your service is below low you don’t even deserve a single star, from now on I want nothing to do with Nedbank. You have just lost a loyal customer for 16 years. I’ll move all my savings and investments. Thank you for nothing.
