Recently got a nedbank home loan and one of the requirements for the loan was that I should open a cheque account as well. When I got to the bank to open a cheque account someone already opened it on my behalf without me being there and was not verified by the bank. I then requested them to close that account since it was not me. I opened a cheque account as per they requirement of the home loan. Nedbank then deducted funds from my account without my permission. And now they don't want to pay back my money and inconveniencing me . And no one cares. Multiple attempts for them to give me back what is mine and do what they promised protect my money since I'm paying them to do that. Now I'm just regretting not taking the fnb home loan G Modise ***
