***** by Nedbank

Nedbank seems to be the most *****ulent bank in the country!!!! Nedbank is taking money out of my account stating i have 3 accounts taken 20 years ago and are owing money for. I have requested numerous times for the agreements or account numbers, but till date not one person in branch or via the call center or the legal department can furnish me with these details. They went further to state that I have agreed telephonically on a debi-check debit order for the payment of this accounts. The shocking part is I was out the country when the message came through. I called in and requested for the voice recording and still no response to my verbal and mail message. I am at my wits end with Nedbank and no one person is able to assist. This is outrageous and most despicable from one of the leading banks in South Africa. I need an urgent response from any legal representative of Nedbank to resolve this issue urgently.
