Busisiwe have given Nedbank customer service a very bad name

Ive called Nedbank Customer services now in panic after my money was debited and couldn’t reverse it through the money app. I’ve talked to a bothered useless Agent Busisiwe who didn’t show care to my situation. She told me she can’t reverse it, that I needed to go to the branch which I can’t because it’s a public holiday. I don’t understand why people choose to work but they can actually don’t care about their jobs it’s so disgusting.
