Business profile not activated Nedbank URGENT

Cellphone ****** 9 November 2024, Sunday 10 November 2024, i phone Nedbank to request profile deactivation, i follow exact instructions to go to nearest Nedbank branch to activate Nedbank profile on Monday 11 November 2024, i spend from about 11h00 till same evening , still profile not activated . No concern from Nedbank for business profile not being activated(need account for business purposes always available) in spite of me following EXACT instructions.I now getting instructed to travel to Germiston branch, is it so difficult for Nedbank to reactivate a business profile WHAT A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE WITH NEDBANK THIS IS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
