Business loan

I phoned nedbank centurion to ask if I can see the business broker to apply for a small business loan. It will be a start up loan in our name but we are buying a current business that is very good with turnover and profit. We would like to register the business as a new business if a loan is granted to us by using the current business statements. I tried to explain to the lady that we will apply for a loan under the condition that we will open a business bank account with nedbank and even move all our personal banking there once the loan has been granted. She just said sorry Nedbank cannot assist. I thought Nedbank makes things happen. She didn't even want to see us and treat our situation individually. She said I must register the business AND open a business bank account before she will consider assisting me. Gow can I open a bank account, pay bankfees but doesn't even know if I will get finance to take over the business. Nedbank definitely doesn't treat each customer individually, they are working on a tick list and system. No personal attention.
