Business Credit Card

I app**** for a card for my business..ProcureEasy BEE Consultants. The limit was loaded at R150k. After making 3 payments, then I was not able to do transfers despite having a limit of R150k. I tried going to the branch and calling in but still no hrlp. Why give me a limit but only allow me to use half of it? I need this for a peoject that I am busy with...I need to pay suppliers but I cat! Please sort this out!
