Business Card

Can someone tell me why my Business Account Card got delivered at Nedbank Krugersdorp?whereas I asked that it be delivered to Randfontein Branch and Nedbank confirmed via Email that it will be delivered at Randfontein.I rarely go to Krugersdorp and I can’t drive just to go and que to just collect my card while I have a branch very close to me,which I can pop in anytime.
