Business banking services at Nedbank Maponya Mall are the worst.

I have the worst business banker ever. Everytime you call the phone constantly rings or it takes you to not available. You leave a message and he never gets back to you. I've had to experience such 3 times in a space of one week. Lacks sense of urgency. I'm even thinking of switching banks.
