Business banking Poor and Pathetic service

i have had different bank accounts with all banks but i have never come across a bank which charges me R90 for dishoured fees but the amount the debit order was for was R9-00 my payment is for my website hosting fees, which is a small amount yes but the principal that every month i pay hugh bank fees yet, a small amount like R9 debit order could not be honored by my bank 2 months in a row,<br> <br> i discussed this matter with my business banker from gateway branch and was informed its how the system is designed, which is madness, Nedbank can not deny that thousands has gone into my account yet as a bank they do not surport me or my business, its sad but they will be losing me as a business,<br> <br> I was also contacted by a call centre agent because my account is overdrawn who harrassed me about when my account will be brought back to good standings, which tells me that nedbank does not understand that a small business receives payments at different times, i would like nedbank to tell me if my account had a negative balance for more than 30 days. <br> <br> I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF THERE HIGH BANK FEES AND POOR SERVICE RATHER SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE.
