Business banking is terrible and unprofessional

Opened a business account on the 6th March 2018 I still didn’t receive my bank card. Went to the branch again on the 20th September 2019 I was told I should wait for 3 days. Today is the 30th September 2019 I am at the branch and I am told the card is still not ordered. You are the worst bank I have ever worked with. Why is your staff not doing their job and lying on top of that lying that they are working when they are not.
