business banker

i am a small business owner.i needed to make an appointment to see my business banker at my local branch-what a frigging disaster! phone call centre, they cant locate banker, tried several times, then send complaint and told to wait 21 days to resolve, and this is just to get an appointment-no wonder we cant go forwqard as a small business in this day and age-what a joke and pathetic service by my bank of 20 years
