Business accounts deactived for more than 4months. Nedbank claim unable to assist.
I have 2 small businesses. My book keeper passed away in November 2022. I have now had both my business accounts "deactivated" by CIPC, because the annual return had not been submitted to them. 4 months! I have had to beg, and borrow money to keep my businesses afloat, and Nedbank / CIPC do not care!! The small business "managers" say they (Nedbank) cannot assist in any way until the CIPC register my businesses. I have R138k stuck in my accounts. I cannot close these accounts, nor access the money, nor get CIPC to register my businesses!! CIPC has made me apply and pay twice. (First payment was allocated to somebody else's account, and is non refundable!!!) They do not care, will not assist - at all. Top it all - my debit orders are bounced - BUT NOT THE NRB ACCOUNT FOR A NON EXISTANT OVERDRAFT WHICH I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR ABOUT 18 MONTHS TO HAVE REFUNDED. PURE THEFT AND NO CUSTOMER CARE. How do I get these bank accounts closed, NRB money refunded? I am exhausted trying to reregister, and refuse to pay, AND RESUBMIT A FURTHER APPLICATION TO CIPC - a third time, as requested from ***
